Brian Epperson is Founder and CEO of Human Performance Advisors, an executive coaching and consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, corporate and individual transformation, business start ups, and leadership development.
Brian is also an executive coach with the John Maxwell Company and Coaching By Cornerstone. He works one-on-one with business leaders helping them navigate critical issues that impact them professionally and personally. He has coached over a 100 CEOs, executives, professional athletes, pastors, physicians, and senior leaders in the technology, oil & natural gas, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Brian is also an assistant professor of business and graduate program chair at Oklahoma Wesleyan University in the Chesapeake Energy School of Business. He is also a frequent speaker, panelist, and trainer in the areas of executive coaching, leadership, and organizational change and innovation.
Brian is deeply passionate about impact and journeying with young people to discover innate gifting and help them blaze a trail toward a legacy that not only fulfills their own purpose, but makes a positive and lasting dent on the world.
Brian earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and has conducted post-graduate work in positive psychology, counseling psychology, and human development. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Marines Corps, Fleet Anti-Terrorist Security Team.
Brian and his wife Monica reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they are raising their daughter, Eden. Together they are heavily involved in operating The Child of Divorce, Inc., a non-profit organization, which Brian and Monica co-founded in an effort to help mitigate the negative effects of divorce on children.
